Fees
The total rent amount indicated on your quote plus the deposit includes all fees and taxes due. There are no surprises.
Children
Children under the age of 4 years stay free, the rate for children between the ages of 4 and 12 is $30 per child per night.
Deposits
A security deposit is required for each floor rented. This is a refundable deposit, as long as no property is damaged or missing during you stay. A deposit refund check or credit card refund will be issued after inspection of the property following your stay.
Confirmation
To confirm and hold a reservation, the security deposit amount is required. Within 30 days of confirmation 25% of the total rent is due, and the remaining balance is due within 45 days of your reservation date.
Reservations
After submitting your inquiry containing your requested stay dates, desired floor, party number, and length of stay, you will receive an email confirming the availability.
Cancellations
After a reservation is made and you receive a confirmation email receipt for your deposit your stay is booked. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival will only be refunded if your dates are re-booked and the unit rented. However cancellations received a minimum of 60 days prior to reservation will be honored with a one time credit option for rebooking a future date. This must be scheduled within one year of the original booking.
