Thank you so much for all the Aloha.The only difficult thing about staying here is forcing
ourselves to leave. This is a magical place filled with the feeling of old Hawaii but all the comforts
of new.

Thank you so much!! We had the best time ever. You have a fabulous view from the
top deck, the best snorkeling on the island (in fact, many islands) right across the street.
We checked out an A+ rated area – not even close to Kahaluu Beach Holmes.
You have a beautiful golf course just down the road - South. Shopping is just a minute
away - North and yet away from the crowds. Took a whale watching cruise. We saw a
few breaching but the best was see a calf just after it was born and watching what the
mother goes through to get her baby to breath within 45 seconds. Awesome!!! Why after
a great fun day would you want to leave this house? Breakfast just a walk across the street.
The owner lives on the bottom floor which makes the place very safe plus they have great
ideas on were to go to have fun.

We have enjoyed our stay here at Kahaluu Beach Holmes! Your warm hospitality made
us feel right at home. We appreciate all the advice you gave us on what to go see. Our
trip yesterday up to Hawi and then on to see the Pololu Valley was a highlight of our
vacation. We had a delicious lunch in Hawi at the “Bamboo” with sadness we leave today.
The good news we all have wonderful memories that we shared here and will make plans
to get back here again.

Dear Steve and Euelda,
Mahalo for your warm hospitality and kindness! Your suggestions were great – lunch
at the Kona Inn right on the beach was lovely and parking at the free lot in the
Farmer’s Market so convenient. The Fair Winds Snorkeling trip to Kealakekua Bay was
the best trip. Lots of time, tons of colorful fish, good food & friendly, helpful crew. But
the snorkeling off Kahaluu Beach was truly amazing! We saw a dozen sea turtles our
first time. The difficulty was staying the required 10 – 15 feet away. Also, so many
different fish.
We spent a day at the volcanoes (take lots of water, rain gear, long pants, sturdy shoes,
and make sure you fill the gas tank). Watched a glorious sunset, then hiked out to see
the glow of lava at night – don’t forget a good flashlight and batteries. The show at The Sheraton Keauhou is a super luau.

We can’t thank you enough for having such a beautiful place in paradise! With only a few steps down the driveway and across the street to the best snorkeling you could ask for.
The fish are beautiful; we love the turtles, so many things to see under the water as well
as above.
Our overnight fishing trip was a Huge blast! To find the best beaches and the best
places to go, always ask the locals. The farmer’s market places are fun places to shop
for friends and family. You can find something for everyone. Even if you did nothing, sat
on the lanai and enjoyed the breathtaking view from this beautiful home, it would still
be a vacation of a lifetime.

This place is Awesome! The view from the top floor is spectacular - we sure will
miss it! Snorkeling was great – we took in a scuba dive as well but I think we saw
as much right across the street!!
Our trips to the other parts of the Island (volcano and hiking) were memorable but
we’ll remember the fantastic views and relaxing on the lanai most. We saw whales
right from the lanai and it’s entertaining to observe the surfers.
This is a fantastic place and I only wish we could stay longer. We definitely plan
to be back and we will recommend your place to our friends.
