Rental Fees
Kahaluu Beach Holmes rental rates are based on the number in your party as well as your Unit choice. In addition to the Unit rental fee there are Hawaii Taxes, a per unit Cleaning Fee, and a refundable Security Deposit required for each unit. Unit Options
The home can be rented as a whole for larger groups, or if you have a smaller group you may take advantage of a cost saving option and rent a single Unit.
Units:
The Top Floor Unit: Open beam ceiling design with 2 queen size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, and large living room with 1 sofa sleeper. Dual patio doors open to the huge, beautiful, lanai that provides a spectacular view of the Kona Coast!
Sleeps 2 - 6
The 2nd Floor Unit: Spacious, airy design with 2 queen size bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, and large living room with 2 sofa sleepers that opens to the gorgeous relaxing lanai. Outstanding view and soothing sounds of the ocean can be enjoyed from the porch swing.
Sleeps 2 - 8
The Whole Home: Both of the floors, joined by a split level stair case, makes a great family or group vacation retreat. This newly constructed, very clean home will provide a welcoming tropical atmosphere for your relaxation & enjoyment.
Sleeps 7 - 12
Listed below are examples of our rental rates for each Unit. Please note there is a 6 night minimum stay for groups of 2 & 3 people and a 4 night minimum for groups of 4 or more. You will receive a personalize rate quote at the time of booking a reservation. Please use our Reservation Request form to book your stay online.
