The home can be rented as a whole for larger groups, or if you have a smaller group you may take advantage of a cost saving option and rent a single Unit.

Units: 

   The Top Floor Unit: Open beam ceiling design with 1 king size bedroom, 1 queen size bedroom, 2 bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, and large living room with 1 sofa sleeper. Dual patio doors open to the huge, beautiful, lanai that provides a spectacular view of the Kona Coast!  
        Sleeps 2 - 6 

   The 2nd Floor Unit: Spacious, airy design with 2 queen size bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, and large living room with 2 sofa sleepers that opens to the gorgeous relaxing lanai. Outstanding view and soothing sounds of the ocean can be enjoyed from the porch swing.
         Sleeps 2 - 8

   The Whole Home: Both of the floors, joined by a split level stair case,  makes a great family or group vacation retreat. This newly constructed, very clean home will provide a welcoming tropical atmosphere for your relaxation & enjoyment.
